Insider battles!

I honestly don't know which QB to prefer. I think Hooker is limited with a passing attack. But, will Milton improve on long throws? I don't know.
Hooker gives us Dobbs minus the Big Orange passion, nor the rocket scientist brain. Milton has Justin Fields arm with JG pocket awareness. It's quite frustrating.

Milton has all the talent in the world. I honestly believe he will put it together and have a great finish to the season...and do great things next year.

I hope so, I like his ability more than Hookers. He just looked so flustered in the pocket at times this year. We both know defenses are about to get 10x's faster going forward. He needs to learn to read the middle of the field also, not every play calls for throwing towards the sideline. Fant is still running free if Milton scans the field.

There are also senior in-home care options, but even at 10-12 bucks an hour can get kind of expensive even at part-time.
Does she have to have someone there all the time, or would it be possible for her to be by herself for a few hours at a time? With tech, like Life Alert, Alexa, smartphones, etc., there may be opportunities for her to stay by herself for a few hours a day, and that, with a combination of your time and possibly a senior care agency, you might be able to find a workable solution.
My aunt has suggested this and she has said that she is staying in her home and dying there and that’s that.
Is subletting an option? It's unlikely they are going to let you out of your lease, assuming you live in an apartment managed by some property management company.
It’s strictly illegal in South Carolina
It feels good to do for others, especially when you're doing something for someone that has helped you. Even more so when it's your family.

My dad was tearing up the other day. I asked him what was wrong. He said it hurts me to be a burden for my kids. He took care of my mom who suffered from Alzhiemers for close to 10 years. I asked him if mom was a burden for him. He said no. I said them why do you think it's a burden for us?

My dad won't be around much longer. Neither will your grandmother. Don't have regrets about what you could have done.
I won’t. I do all I can for her, and was the same way with my grandfather before he passed. Weird story.. I was leaving Columbia back home to spartanburg the night before he died and realized when I got back in the upstate that I had left my wallet at my cousins house back in Columbia. So, I went by my grandparents to see if they’d throw me a 20 for gas to get back down there to retrieve it. It was the last time I ever saw him alive. What are the odds? I think about that a lot.
If your girl doesn't love you enough to help you through this, then she ain't worth being with. My wife would, and has gone through hell with me and our love is stronger now than ever.

Life is too short to waste on people that don't love you back...and a relationship based on sexual attraction is doomed anyway.
This is true.
Your tag line says socialism sucks. Live your life. Help if you can. Don’t change your whole trajectory for it. I would never want a kid or their kids to sacrifice like that for me. But I’ve always been an ayn Rand loving crazy individualist. So. Not sure after saying that why I’d be giving advice.
I love Ayn Rand, and value individualism and self ownership as my primary moral standard. However, family is family.
Sounds like you’ve found your man!
Huh?
For your long term sobriety you really need to forgive yourself and change who you believe yourself to be or inevitably, you risk becoming who you believe you are
I haven’t relapsed on fentanyl once since I got clean.. I did fall into a stint on Xanax due to the stress of feeling like a failure post college graduation and compounding that with my guilt of being an addict putting me further behind in life. So you are right. I’m currently completely sober aside from a beer here and there.
Listen to these words if you listen to nothing else in life. It's ok to have f'ed up. It's ok to have failed, even those you loved. It's not some cliche, because in the end those who loved you gave of themselves willingly, even when you took. You see they didn't care about the monetary things as much as they did for you to be ok. Don't rob them of both the things you took and the pleasure of seeing you better just because you couldn't forgive yourself. Let it go, and let it be, because that's what they want from you. Leave the past in your rearview and only look back to gauge how far you've come.

Take it from someone who spent decades not forgiving himself.
Forgiving yourself is harder than forgiving anybody else in my experience. I still have love in my heart for the “one that got away” in college. She completely ****ed me over, but I forgave her. Forgiving myself? Easier said than done
Cats are awesome.
Agreed.

Thanks for the advice everyone.

Damn I tear up every time I watch a replay of the dobbnail boot
Probably because it is a constant reminder to all of us how close we were to being back where we should be. That game was kind of the beginning of the end, as injuries became way too much to overcome do to Butch’s horrible decision to fire Lawson.

I hope this happens this year. But if it does, I think he will go pro before next year.
