So I tested positive last Friday (doing fine just lost smell/taste) but my wife tested positive yesterday. She’s 7 months pregnant and has a pretty bad cough. She’s already scheduled to go to UT in the morning for the antibody transfusion and her OB has prescribed some blood thinning shots that have to be put in her stomach that we are going to pickup this afternoon.

Anyone know anything about the success of these treatments to help put my mind at ease? @VolsDoc81TX @volatil

Everybody I know that’s gotten the transfusion has gotten better quickly and their symptoms have reduced quickly also. Not sure about the blood thinning shots.

Antibody is legit. Not sure about the shots.

My wife is 6 months pregnant & just got past it. We didnt get the shot or the antibodies. Took zinc, children's tylenol and some other over the counter stuff. Like you, we are very nervous about anything that's recommended. Her blood oxygen level is important & should be monitored. She is fine now but has no taste or smell. Stay positive buddy, I hope for best for you & your family.

Question, are we a better team than last year? I think we look better. Defense attacks a hell of a lot better, d-line gets after it more. Guys like Theo, Tank AT, Banks are certainly playing better. I'd like to see Mcdonald replace Flowers, and Mohan over Page but I have no complaints with the D. Offense is self explanatory with no JG...

Agree with previous takes that we need LB and OL portal help ASAP. I'd take 3-4 quality OL if possible and 2 LBs

The same thing I said about Milton is true for Hooker.

He will get the start and play first quarter - beyond that nothing is promised. It will depend on how he is moving the offense and taking care of the football.

Heup wants to win. Could bring Milton back as starter subject to what Hooker does in the swamp. But he is starting his best QB for that game.

Offense sputters the first half... Milton starts the 2nd half and goes off for 4 TD's with the come from behind win... someone else's turn to be cursed by the backup QB

Huep had no choice but go with Hooker. Can’t go away from a guy who leads you to a 50 point win.

Also, so far he has earned it. He eventually started hitting those deep throws. If Hooker doesn’t perform then he will be replaced.

That’s just how it is. That is also the fairest way to play it for the guys.

I think Hooker, as a veteran, gives us a better chance of getting the offense moving early. I fully expect to see Milton, and maybe he is better off the bench.

This is probably good for Milton to sit and watch kinda like how AP mentioned with JG coming off the bench and playing well 2 years ago. Milton will definitely see the field again this year.

They probably wish one of them was just clearly ahead and better than the rest - this is the worst spot to be in.

IDK about that. It was TTU. They're not a low level FBS but low level even at FCS - COVID and keeping money within the state is the reason we scheduled them. That said, there's no denying that Hooker can manage the game *if* he can take care of the ball. Bet we see a more TE action against Florida if Hyatt or Tillman etc. doesn't drag down a deep ball early.
