Yuck - that leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

At least @Tennessee Golfer doesn't have to taste it!!!

Tested positive on Friday and just lost my taste last night. When did everyone else get theirs back? I already miss food.
A year later and mine is still diminished and distorted. Coffee, gasoline, garlic, lots of things smell like sewage. I can only taste 2 or 4 of Dr Peppers 23 flavors.

Delta supposedly isn't as savage on taste and smell though. Most people make a full recovery in less than a month.

I am surprised at how much hate Hooker is still getting...

70.2% 392 yards, 5 TDs 1 INT and 113 rushing yards with another TD

Kinda hoping he just keeps getting better the more time he spends in this system getting reps.
Hooker is the same QB he was at VT. He is not good. And those stats are against TTU.

I would like to see Bailey a little in meaningful snaps but I think we have to go back to Milton for now.

See...this is what I don't like, he nailed Payton on a perfect throw in the endzone. But because that swiss cheese OL isn't giving any of our QBs time Hooker can't pass. Why Bailey goes 3 for 7 and still gets praised as the best thrower.

All of Bailey's numbers last season you could also argue were all within 5 yards of the LOS, why is he getting a pass for it and Hooker isn't?
If he would throw it sooner there wouldn't be so much of a problem, but all of our QB's have a problem with holding the ball way to long and then have to throw a hail mary of a pass.

Why is Ole Miss included in this group?

They beat a Tulane team, that would beat us, into a pulp

TBH, I asked earlier, because I bet 19.5.. Will probably throw in another if it keeps climbing

I have a hard time gambling in SC. Have to use VPN’s on shady sites that accept rerouted IP’s. So I don’t dip in much

Whens the last time we beat Georgia Florida and Alabama the same year?
2004...I got to enjoy us going to the SEC Championship twice while I was at UT, even though we lost both (Auburn and LSU). One went undefeated and the other won the national championship and yet we looked like we belonged on the same field as both teams. We really should've beaten LSU though.

One of my first memories of UT football is my dad sprinting around my grandparents house after we beat Florida in 01 for the 9/11 makeup game. That might be the happiest I’ve ever seen him.

I actually kept my sense of taste, but the thought of food made me sick.. I lost A LOT of weight in two weeks. Gained it back now though
Oh OK. I lost a ton during and after. Used to eat 3k calories a day easily, now it's a chore to get to 2k. Crazy how much taste and smell affects appetite.

I think the game plan on Saturday is going to try and dink/dunk it down the field….gotta stay in 2&7, 3&3-5 situations.

If they can do this then max protect and take your chances deep.

Grantham is gonna blitz and you gotta make them pay.
If it's Hooker than that's all he is good at.

Oh wow! It was much easier for me to have smaller portions after I got better. I guess my stomach shrunk. It was a big ordeal for me to make myself eat anything at all while I was sick.

Was there in 2001. Yeah, I took the Georgia and Alabama games completely for granted back then. I recall being shocked that Georgia could come in and beat us in Neyland, and figured it was just a fluke. Those were the days!

We're a long way away from that, though.

I've stopped worrying about us getting back to that level. We can and we might, but for now I just want us to be a competent, respectable football program that gets to regular bowl games and is a tough out. At the moment, we're a complete doormat.

By the time I was in high school, Dooley was coach and I’ve been made fun of for my entire life by even South Carolina fans.

Baseball program being good gives me a good sliver of hope though. South Carolina fans take baseball very seriously. Winning that series this year was fun
