Need Theo and Flowers to not return anything anymore. Need to have some actual return guys back there who aren’t afraid to catch the ball and who have speed.

I agree. With their value on D I don't see risking injury for them to do something they are not good at.

Just about every position is like that now

I agree. With their value on D I don't see risking injury for them to do something they are not good at.

IMO, It’s because the coaches trust them to secure the catch over anybody else we have.. they know that they’re not going to be dynamic with their returns

They didn’t fumble many… I think that’s what they’re going for. Making smart decisions

IMO Alontae was the best DB and the only one I was really impressed with. Completely eliminated his side of the field.

Alontae looked good too and Tank flashed some but Theo was in on more solid plays than both combined.

I know Beasley isn't a DB but he looks like one and was playing in coverage a lot. He was the one I noticed getting beat the most. Overall the D played very well but I saw areas that SEC offenses will exploit. I can see us having the 6th or 7th best D in the conference which would be a good achievement considering all we lost.
