Not true. Tillman read the safety correctly and cut to post. Even with that Milton waited a good 1.5 seconds after the cut to throw the ball. I qas high enough up and at the right angle to watch the whole play develop. That was on Milton and any claim to the contrary is misinformation probably aimed at preventing a QB controversy. The second one…. Tillman was suppose to stay outside in his lane….. he veered toward the middle causing Milton to re clutch and throw it where he was going…. They will have to correct that as well.
Those are reasons why people should not give up on him….. not proof that he is a great QB…. His decent game was vandy in a game neither team cared about….. I hope he becomes the qb that you think he is.When in this exchange did I call you a name, and Bailey did play better against an SEC team in the last game with little development, and horrid game planning and little to no QB coaching...he actually improved as time went on despite getting no time till he was basically thrown to the lions deep into the season.
I know everybody forgets that fact, but I didn't .

Are you sure about that? He ran right into the safety… i have heard people more knowledgeable than me say that…. Either way it doesn’t matter…. There is no controversy…. He is starting the next game. Not true. Tillman read the safety correctly and cut to post. Even with that Milton waited a good 1.5 seconds after the cut to throw the ball. People at the game always get upset by open guys…. They don’t know what the progressions are and if he actually missed the guy are not…. Ex… if pre snap read…. He is suppose to throw the out and a guy breaks free down the middle…. He may never see that guy if is initial target is open.
It looked like to me he went through too many progressions…. Looked around forever instead of firing the ball in there….I saw some receivers open but it looked like he had thrown to the initial read but I definitely could have missed some. The ones I am upset about had been open long enough for him to go through 12 progressions. He wasn't going through them. That was my problem. It is fixable, but after 3 years of JG, we are all just petrified of a repeat.
