UT just sent an email requiring masks in almost all indoor areas until Sept 7th. I would expect they are going to require them in the stadium at some point even if just in the hallways.

No goalposts moving. Don't need the vaccine and so I won't take the vaccine. Simple.

1. I have a 99.8% chance of surviving this virus. Don't need the vaccine.
2. I most likely have a higher chance than that since I've had the virus and have natural immunity. don't need the vaccine.
3. There is a risk of injury or death from taking the vaccine. Don't need the risk when I have such a high chance of survival.
4. The vaccine does not stop me from getting the virus.
5. The vaccine does not stop me from transmitting the virus.
6. Therefore, my taking the vaccine doesn't protect others.
7. Other people can also take the vaccine if they want and protect themselves from serious illness.
8. Therefore, I do not need, and will not take the vaccine.

Masks Didn't Slow COVID Spread: New Study

I saved this from a few days back and finally got around to reading this morning. I think it’s the perfect example of how this topic has been politicized and is making it exceedingly difficult to know what is correct. The first red flag was when it was referred to as the Wuhan flu - obviously an agenda as the accepted name by the unbiased is Covid. Secondly, the study was published to the general public without being peer reviewed. This tells us that it’s currently only someone’s theory and not yet confirmed or refuted by the scientific community.

If you are using this study as your reason to ignore the CDC’s advice on masking you might wait a bit until there is something that is peer reviewed and not in either a right or left wing publication.

You'd have a point if it were the only thing posted. But I've posted numerous articles and studies along with graphs and other data as well. You're just so attached to the fantasy that masks work that you can't accept the science proving they don't.

You make yourself less credible every time you make a statement about me as I’ve no worn a mask in 6 months.

And yes, you keep posting agenda driven unproven articles many from right wing publications in an attempt to substantiate your preconceived opinions. But that’s how Facebook and Twitter stay in business.

As for me personally, I have no agenda and am open to any possibility if it’s scientifically proven and peer reviewed. Everything else is political static!
