Because he's not allowed to work. How can he survive when they won't let him work? He's in LA. So what they'll do is they'll shut him down so that he can't work, and then because he isn't vaccinated, they'll deny him government benefits. So they won't let him work, and they won't provide him benefits others are getting because he won't get vaxxed. And you're okay with that? Stick this needle in your arm or starve to death is okay with you?

He can move if he doesn't like the local govt. Go to where the jobs and freedom live. He is choosing not to work. He wants to be a badass tweeter but collect that govt cheese too. Those are there rules no different than any other paycheck

He doesn't want to collect government money. He wants to work. They won't let him.

Yeah man, cause it's so easy to up and move, especially with no income coming in. Do you even hear yourself? This is what this nonsense has done to people. "Who cares if the government won't let this guy earn a living? Who cares if they shut him down and then won't give him benefits so he can buy groceries. Let him starve or move!"

He literally tweeted "soon they’ll make vaccination mandatory to receive any pandemic related benefits." He wants money from them but didn't like the strings to get it. Sucks for him

He has the freedom to move if he's unhappy. If he can't earn the living he wants in one place then should all the rules change to accommodate him? This is not federal, it's local.

No, the government should not be able to tell people they cannot work. Period. The fact that you have no problem with that says a whole heck of a lot about you and why I remain in firm opposition to this tyranny

You quoted a true Patriot who's upset he won't get his free money because rules.

Who said I'm in favor of this rule? I am in favor of local govt making rules their constituents want. He's likely in the minority yet still has the freedom to leave if he wants. This isn't some national tyranny you pretend it is.

You either arent reading carefully or are being purposely obtuse. They locked him down. They won’t let him earn a living or make money. He doesn’t want benefits, he wants to work. but since they won’t let him work, the only way he can have income is thru govt benefits. do you understand? he wants to earn a living, they won’t let him.

so they’re denying him the right to work, and also withholding benefits from him even tho they won’t let him work, because he doesn’t want to take a shot. so it’s either get vaxed or starve. And you are okay with this which is disgusting by the way.

your solution is he should move. Have you moved recently? He would have to find a new job, he would likely have to get out of a rental agreement which costs money, or sell his home before he could move and then find a new place to live. all because the government is forcing him to get a shot or starve to death or lose his home. All for a virus with a 99.98% survival rate

And yet you don’t care about this, youre acting like it’s no big deal to up and move. your position here is absurd on its face

Looked at his profile and he says he's a standup and a podcaster. One of those is an at home item and the other has changed but many are taking advantage of the online time. Maybe he had to get creative. Maybe he has to move away from the oppressive regime he's currently living under. Maybe he needs free money to buy weed. Who really knows?

I work in the snack food industry and our company let us stop wearing masks in all stores of our big vendors ie Walmart, Publix, Food Lion, kroger etc 1st of June as long as we were vaccinated. Lo and behold, I get to Walmart in Hermitage this morning and they have re-instituted mask wearing for all employees and vendors as long as you are in the store working. It's total hyprocracy since 90% of the customers shopping weren't wearing one. Total bs

I don't think that's quite hypocrisy, but I agree it is frustrating.
