That hurt just watching it. I'm glad he got up with the sports peformance team. That was a good sign. When I first read the thread title I wondered if it was something like what happened to Ron Mercer who played for Goodpasture and lost a joint of one of his fingers on a dunk. I was relieved to see that it wasn't.

Oh, I'm sure it hurt. But they said he got up and walked off on his own. Young people can take a lot of punishment that would be a lot more serious for an older adult.

From the looks of the fall, potentially whiplash, broken jaw, broken collarbone, shoulder separation. So many serious injuries could have resulted from that fall. Thank God, young man, that He had you in his hands.

True. I can say this is very scary when it happens. I've also jammed my shoulder into the corner of the backboard. It really hurts.

Seriously tho, I used to bruise up the inside of my wrists on the rim, well, honestly it was a 9 foot goal
