It says roast at 225 for 50 minutes. That doesn’t sound like you’re roasting, like Behr said I would think you would want to start at a high temperature and then lower it.

Welcome to my world. Culinary terms are interchangeable according to who is doing the explaining. The good news is most of the time it doesn't really matter.

As long as you cook it at the instructed temp at the instructed time it doesn't matter if you call it Baked or Roasted.
