I just want to know why.. he can recruit but that doesn’t matter in the NBA. His teams at memphis have been awful. I don’t get it.

As I was driving home from the farm a short while ago, the sports talk show I was listening to was discussing NIL and went on to say 6 states had enacted legislation effective July 1 but failed to mention Tennessee. I thought we were one of the states that already had. Am I wrong?
