Why wouldnt buying/trading stocks be hit with the tax too?

Worried about taxes to the poor. Make basic food stuffs a really low, or non existent tax. Water maybe 0%, soda 50%, vegetable 2%, candy bar 50%.

I'm not a fan of using the tax code to pick winners and losers. Your proposed example here would do just that. Then, you end up with liberals saying that sodas are bad for you, so they should have a 500% tax rate. I despise the current tax code for the same reasons.

The good thing is when old Joe croaks in a few months and the dipship Kamala takes over, nothing will change because she is as dumb as a box O rocks and will have to let the kiddos behind the curtain keep pulling the chain.

Yes and no. I like to keep some semblance of reality in mind. The socialists, not even understanding the ramifications of their own proposals, are trying to push for the taxation of unrealized gains. There's no way in hell they're going to approve taxing the cost of investments rather than taxing gains.

I'm just stunned that the Democrats haven't already invoked the 25th Amendment to install Kamala. I figured that was a slam-dunk by this point.

They see clearly how damn stupid and incompetent she is now too and have to figure out Plan B.

I gotta say I hope they keep putting her in front of a microphone though. She sinks her chances a little more at becoming President every time she opens her mouth. How ironic for a change huh?

As long as the kids get to pull the strings they are happy with ole uncle Joe. Kamala is probably not as smart as Joe so she would prove to be a little more difficult to control especially with her nervous laugh.

Watching Biden in these interviews, I'm starting to feel like I'm watching a 3-year old trying to string together a coherent sentence. It's seriously getting painful to watch. The man has full-blown dementia, and has had it for at least the the last 18 to 24 months. That's why the Democrats rolled out the Weekend at Bernies campaign last year.

Biden likes to talk a big Catholic game when he’s campaigning, but like most Democrats, the moment power is achieved is the moment that Catholicism gets tossed out of the window. As a result, American bishops are going to have a meeting to discuss whether or not he should be denied Holy Communion.

According to Fox News, the meeting between the bishops will take place virtually and talk about, not only Biden but any politician who embraces any stances that run contrary to Catholicism’s teachings:

The U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) will hold their annual meeting, virtually, from Wednesday through Friday, during which they will decided whether or not to ask the Committee on Doctrine to draft a teaching document on the topic of Communion, Reuters reported.

One big issue that Biden has given the church is his stances and actions on abortion access. Biden’s Catholicism doesn’t seem to be playing a part in his decision-making when he decided to lift federal restrictions on human fetal tissue and allowing abortion clinics to receive federal grants.
