Updated Face Mask Policy
U.S. locations with no state or local mask requirements - revised policy
In Costco locations where the state or local jurisdiction does not have a mask mandate, we will allow members and guests who are fully vaccinated to enter Costco without a face mask or face shield. We will not require proof of vaccination, but we ask for members’ responsible and respectful cooperation with this revised policy. Face coverings will still be required in healthcare settings, including Pharmacy, Optical, Hearing Aid. Costco continues to recommend that all members and guests, especially those who are at higher risk, wear a mask or shield.

U.S. locations with state or local mask requirements - no policy change
In those Costco locations where the state or local jurisdiction does have a mask mandate, we will follow the state or local regulations and continue to require members and guests to wear a face mask or face shield. Children under the age of 2 are exempt. If a member or guest has a medical condition that prevents them from wearing a mask, they must wear a face shield.

I haven’t worn a mask in a Costco or Sams Club. Never have and never will. I have also not been asked to leave because of not wearing one.

Have you left your house yet? Or are you still scared of being around people?

How? Non tax payer incentives are unethical. A business giving stuff for those who are? If it costs the tax payer zero what's the problem? The vaccine is not unethical. If you believe so you are stupid. The science on this isn't that new. There is a reason the vast majority of docs say take it. Even the Republican ones on here say it's safe.

Wow. So you see no problem with offering a lottery to take an experimental vaccine? I understand now you don’t understand how ethics in research works.

Please stop saying the vast majority of doctors say take it when there is absolutely no way you can prove that.

I love observations. I have a 2nd job as a hotel Valet. I observe people without a mask cover their face with their shirt. This thing has caused people to lose their minds.

It cracked me up yesterday at the UT game. They tell you to wear a mask while up and moving around but while crammed in your seat super close to a bunch of people you don’t know you’re cool to take it off. How stupid is that, even if you’re someone that is still concerned about the virus? Literally about 10% of the people were complying. It was beautiful!

I was at Costco this morning, I expected most people to be without masks with the new changes announced a couple of days ago. Costco has probably been one of the most strict stores as far as requiring face covering since they have someone posted at the entrance at all times. Today from what I observed between 80-90% were still wearing masks. As I was walking in a guy asked the greeter if he needed a mask since he already had the vaccine. The greeter said no they didn’t need it.

Sounds like they’ve properly trained their customers. The Feds appreciate their efforts I’m sure.
