Latest Coronavirus - Yikes

You can now visit Dollywood and leave your masks at home. They changed last night like everyone else. Employees were happily telling folks today they could take off their masks. Unfortunately, employees can't take them off, yet. (Edit: If you're vaccinated.)
How do they verify vaccination? Honor system? If so great on them. If “papers please” GTFO

It's easy. People with a mask must not have been vaccinated.

No businesses are checking. It's now on the customer to mask up if they feel the need. I like that SeaWorld's announcement even included the fact they will not be checking.

I really don’t care if a business tries to force a mask mandate it’s their right. However I can’t wait for one to jump the shark and demand proof of vaccination and hopefully get sued into bankruptcy. That would be the business world equivalent of Natural Selection.

I'd bet it will be some hipster/lib coffee joint and a guy in a MAGA hat walks in without a mask.

Why AOC plans to Keep Wearing Masks Indoors Despite new CDC guidelines

Queens Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez says she plans to keep her mask on.

“If you want to keep wearing your mask then do it,” AOC told her followers in an Instagram story early Saturday. “Personally I’m going to keep wearing my mask in shared indoor public spaces like elevators, subway, grocery store, etc.”

New CDC guidelines now say fully vaccinated people can go maskless indoors, and outside.

Finally a real leader that actually cares about the people. Not like those phonies in the CDC.

Gee it’s almost like the virus ignored their silly ass masks and hand sanitizer and six foot separated circles on floors and did what it wanted until we got immunity thru vaccines and antibodies. Crazy I know. Somebody should tell the damn virus to get in line.
And stand on the damn footprints!!

That statement seems oddly specific. Do you know a 46 year old guy that punched an 18 year old girl over a mask?
I gave him a like cause I laffed. Walmart required them in KY because the Gov is a ****ing pussy hiding behind a liberal agenda. People just got tired and stopped wearing them. I've pretty much stopped myself. I just practice safe public. Don't stand on top of people and wash your hands.

Off topic I guess, but you seem to be a theme park guy. With the recent end to temp checks, outdoor masks and crap like that, I’m getting pretty close to pulling the trigger on checking out velocicoaster down in ioa. Looks fantastic

I'm tempted to drive down there. Officially opens the 10th, but they have been 'soft opening' every day for the last couple weeks. No guarantees it'll be running but it should be here on out. Looks incredible. I'll be back down there beginning of Dec. Hopefully Iron Gwaza and Ice Breaker are opened this year at Busch and SW. I've also never been to Universal. Doing two nights with some group with unlimited food, smaller crowds, etc.

I have a feeling I'll really be tempted to hit it up during HHN.

Yeah I’ve heard it’s top notch. And you’ll love islands of adventure if you go. So awesome that in the past few years they’ve added velocicoaster and hagrids in the same park on top of all the other great rides.
