I agree it's beyond bizarre. My BIL and his wife have totally gone off the deep end. At first it was Trump is Satan and nothing he says has any bearing in science. We must trust science at all costs. Then when the science started saying things they didn't like they started ignoring it and playing their own game of crazy. They have both been vaccinated. My MIL/FIL have been vaccinated. MIL/FIL went to Disneyworld last week and now are planning to go visit BIL. He agreed to this, but then out of the blue texted "did either of you wear bandannas instead of masks at DW". DW doesn't even allow bandannas, but their brains have left the station months ago. What does it matter? My inlaws have a better chance of dying on the trip to BIL's house than they do of somehow contracting covid at DW, having no symptoms, then giving it to people who are also vaccinated. But this is where some people are mentally. I don't see how they pull out of this dive to be honest. They are supposed to come here in July and my wife is wondering if they're going to ask us to have the kids quarantine or otherwise prepare our souls and bodies for their arrival. I've already told her we're not doing anything to accommodate them, if they can't deal with the brave new world Uncle Joe has promised us by the 4th then they should just stay indoors permanently.

I can't think of a single time that a patient came in thinking one thing and it ended up being something totally different, or even something far more serious and potentially life-threatening. Honestly, we should also just make all prescription meds available OTC like they are in Mexico.

Yeah Biden is old too, but he's already had/has a career in politics.

As a politician, maybe not. But plenty of people outside the halls of congress make more than they should working politics.

I don’t trust anything he says anymore. I used to think some of it made sense. In evaluating his whole body of work he needs to be thrown out with the rest of the trash.
