Are we sure we aren't at herd immunity? Or something close to effectively nothing? We are below 5% positive on testing. What is the false positive rate on these things again? And hospitalizations and deaths are very low. I haven't heard of anybody getting it for a while. At this point are we just circling through those with no immune response?

Can't think of one person who's claimed we already have herd immunity. The real comment you are twisting beyond recognition is the % of population that has immunity is the most important factor in explaining the drop in cases.

me personally I’m not anti vaccine but I’m going to wait and see with this vaccine and let it develop more first before getting it. 2 people I work with got extremely sick after getting it and ones in the hospital right now. I’m just playing it slow right now

That seems to me to be the most common sense approach when considering any new Vaccine that does not have.. short term , mid term or long term , statistical data .

They would rather go back to stone age medication where people rarely lived past 40 than get a COVID, Polio, or MMR vaccine. Of course they likely were given the Polio and MMR vaccine as children and guess what? Haven't gotten Polio or MMR. Yet they will roll their children when it comes to those vaccines.

Polio and MMR have much much higher case fatality rates.

Polio up to 30%, that's besides the paralysis.
Measles seems to be the worst of the MMR, with a CFR near 10% in some cases.
Covid of 1.8%.

Polio is approximately 1,700x more deadly in children, and measles is at least 100x.

Both are filthy..... but you should have seen the pictures he showed me. He said they just dump trucks full of garbage on the side of the road.... the rivers are full of trash.... it’s amazing that a country in this day and age is so disgustingly dirty.
...... and the guy you described.... he needs a good ass whipping to help him learn proper hygiene
