This **** is so transparent.
1) Make the population dependent on government funding. This one was easy because we have reached the tipping point of Takers outnumbering Makers.
2) Create an uneducated lower class of dependents. This one is in process. But being fair, it has been in process since the NEA became a power unto themselves.
3) Keep the population unemployed. This one is in process with continued mandates and "subsidies".
4) Keep the population separated. This one is in process and it is amazing how many Loothers and Mad4Vols there actually are. Truly amazing.
