I've got this one...

That's what we have, grind isn't as consistent as one might want but it works well. Pain to clean but I am anal about cleaning after use. We have two similar to this, one dedicated to spices:

Maybe the grind isn't consistent because you don't know to use it properly!

There are setting between peegravel and powder, give it a try.

No sheit story.... waaay back in the day, I worked in an iron mine for 1.5 years. Remove that cage on the end, and I would crawl inside that fugger and do repairs, remove those bolts you see on the outside and replace the bars used to grind iron ore. Damp, and tight quarters. Had a number of those jobs when I worked there... that made me realize WTF am I doing here.

If mine isn't grinding right when I try it, I'm gonna get another one just like it. Im not spending $60 plus on more than I need. I may change my mind about grinding the beans again in a week and not even need one.
