Yeah, I am a Henry T fan I think he's a good dude and wish him the best. But his choice to remove himself from the team during this period to me as a coach would mean he doesn't want to be on the team. If he asked to return I'd say no thanks, think long term his impact for one season wouldn't outweigh the potential dissension it'd create in the team.

Crouch has been in the trenches the whole time with his brothers hasn't he? If so he's never actually "left" us so to me he's got a spot if he decides to stay.

I would leave it up to his teammates. If there was any indication of dissension, I would likely agree.

The coaches have chosen to give the portalers flexibility and access. Crouch has been around-- in and out, but not on the same schedule.

Unless something changes, I think they both have a spot.

The Portal makes this a very delicate situation - for all teams - but especially for teams with a new coaching staff.
