If a player is ineligible here then they are going to be ineligible elsewhere. Transferring doesn't change that.

Yeah he passed back in October. Im curious to see what happens as well, my guess is it will still stay local because that was Pal's vision.

I get they want it to be local, but they've got 117 miles between Jeff City and their Lebanon VA spot. I guess within a certain range of Kingsport is the vision though when they say "local"

I saw them doing an interview a few years ago. They spoke with better English an annunciation than the majority of southerners.. It was clear to me that they are pandering to an audience with their style.. Which, IMO, is an insult to their fans.. I've hated the fake bastards ever since..

And I'm not a big fan of country music..

However, it is possible they could get out and play somewhere before the NCAA rules on any infractions. But the current school might hold them out. Speculating here...

Coaches don't have any control over who goes into the portal. Once the player is in the portal, any school can contact him that's interested in him. The player can remain in his current school but the coach can restrict his involvement in team activities. In the case of Crouch, I'm sure he has full access to team activities as the staff tries to recruit him again to stay at UT.
