What did you have for dinner II?

Getting ready to have:

Grilled Scottish salmon with garlic, lemon, butter, parsley, salt and pepper
Roasted asparagus, mushrooms, shallots, halved grape tomatoes, fresh thyme sprigs, and olive with pancetta sprinkled on top

Thick slices of smoked turkey & pineapple ham, hot cheddar pasta, broccoli salad and a warm orange roll

Last night Grilled salmon (wife) and buffalo chicken wrap (me) transported from a favorite Stl. Louis bar and grill topped by ample supply of wine and beer after 8-plus hour drive. Didnt finish unpacking car until late this afternoon
