On the coordinator front ultimately one would hope for good chemistry between the players, the position coaches and those that develop and promulgate the game plans. Recruiting prowess would be a plus. Obviously there's more than one recipe.
 
Doug Matthews said he feels we have our guy at DC and he expects to talk about it tomorrow morning. Makes me think we should hear something tonight.

Y'all can say what you want, but refusing to black list a friend and colleague of 20 years on the back of unsubstantiated accusations shows character... Not a lack of character. Jmo.

Like Urban or not, the convenient thing to do would be to hire someone else and avoid the criticism. I can respect someone who does what they think is right instead of what is convenient. Especially these days.

SMH..you don't fix a wrong by committing the exact same egregious wrong. Racism is not a white problem, it is a human problem.
O I completely agree and know that it will never to a non-issue. I was just saying more that a lot of people have been hired, especially whites, who were not the best for the job. It's been an extreme excess of who you know, who you're related to, etc.
