I don't know the whole story but someone brought up his name on a call a few years ago and Hyams said he would be a terrible hire because he was dirty. I got the vibe that they had a history and that it hadn't ended well for Hyams.

Off topic but my wife and I are looking at vacation spots and Clearwater has caught our eye. We've heard it's super busy though. Any beaches you'd recommend around there not as busy?

Have in-laws down there. Bellaire Beach and Indian Rocks are really nice. FIL lives in Bellaire Beach.

When are you looking at going? I loved Pass-a-Grill, St Pete beach, Johns Pass, Treasure Island, Madeira, Reddington, Indian Rocks and Bellaire...hell I loved em all for different reasons..even Clearwater beach, but we usually avoided it because it was super crowded...but my two Pinellas favorites were Honeymoon Island state park and Ft DeSoto state park. Those two are natural unnourished beaches though, and if you do not like that you won't like them.

Give me an idea what you like.

I got skittles or that is what Weezer said they must be anyway. They've been giving them to me by the hand full for weeks now and FEEL MUCH BETTER !!!! I follow the little animals around the grounds and color with my crayons and everything....it's GREAT .

While we're waiting I have some people I love in need of prayers. A friend collapsed at a game Saturday. She has a brain tumor. Another friend's daughter had COVID a month ago and has been falling up to 30 times a day. Vanderbilt can't find a reason. She is only 16. My son is having panic attacks. He says they're almost back to back. Thanks y'all

Anyone talked about what AP said on today’s podcast that Pruitt legit was going to hire Ty Simpsons dad as QB coach? Wtf was he thinking? How would other QBs reacted to that not only on roster but future recruits? Now you put JH in the unwinnable situation where he can’t follow through on that as he has his own QB guy he believes in along with himself and it doesn’t allow for a questionable playing time environment

I am not a talent evaluator of high school athletes by any means but the level of talent he has been play against as opposed to what he will be facing is huge. It is a learning curve many can't get past even though they have the talent. It is one thing have somebody 6'3" 250 lbs chasing you as opposed to 6'3" 250 lb guy that is as fast and quick as the wide receivers you threw to in high school. A first year Grand Slam starter is really hard to find at any level much less what he's going to be facing.
