Yep. I personally have 3 family members who have completely reversed their type 2 diabetes following keto. They were in shots daily. Within 6 months they lost a ton of weight, neuropathy gone, high blood pressure gone, no more medicine at all. As a matter of fact one of them had bad chronic acid reflux. All gone. Not one of them takes any pills whatsoever.

Sugar is the most deadly drug on the planet. My wife and I have not had carbs in almost 4 years. We feel absolutely the best we ever have. I have more energy at 45 than I ever did at 25 and am in much better shape.

In this forum Marijuanas are the deadliest drug. Two Marijuanas are often fatal.

I agree, I just think it's funny we are supposed to accept some things but reject others. Let people do and say what they feel and the rest will work itself out. As long as it doesn't affect me or my family I don't give a crap beyond offering my opinion.

While the coaching searches have been crazy, there's one thing we can celebrate. AD DW and HC JH have rebuilt the recruiting staff with some excellent people. Plus they all have past ties to the Vols and outstanding reputations. And they have hit the ground running. Recruits are already being contacted. DW & JH have done a great job with this. Now, they just need to get the defensive staff in place before we all go crazy!!!
