Hiring someone because of their race is as bad as not hiring someone because of their race.

Agreed. But we live in a world with diversity guidelines. Look at TV and movies. Producers and casting directors have diversity ratios, including gender, above the line and below. Good, bad, helpful or not, it's the reality of the times.

Because the people vote them into office....

Say there is a 50/50 split male/female in population.

That doesn't automatically mean there should be a 50/50 split in congress as well.

If there are more females in office... good!
If there are more males in office... good!

Equal opportunity doesn't mean everything is split evenly, it means you have an equal opportunity to achieve the same things as anyone else.

I can’t believe some of the idiocy I’m seeing in here. I’ll leave it to those offended by this statement to identify yourselves

For the love of Elvis can we stop all this AGENDA crap. We are coming out of 3 years watching Captain Playbook and the Goobers masquerade as a football staff. For all appearances it seems we are bringing in hungry, high energy, players coaches who will be positive and teach the game the right way. Who cares about all the other drama crap.

Now you got insults, smh.

Todd Kelly was ass. McNeil was ass. Your memory must be the one that's a little foggy.

Not a WM fan, but in fairness to TK and McNeil, especially TK, both had injuries through their time at UT that sapped their athleticism and quickness.

Don’t think WM had anything to do with the effectiveness of Sutton or Randolph. Those guys were straight up football players.

if anything the fact that Coleman and Eman didn’t get drafted but are NFL starters is a clear knock on WM.
