it does not.

If hearing that a team with all black coordinators and women on the strength staff (which has been unheard of) makes you want to separate yourself from society then it’s clear, the media nor these coaches are the root of your problem.
Lol that’s not what I meant at all...

If only the league in question didn’t have an extremely long history of doing the exact opposite of that.

BA went out of his way to do the opposite because it was pretty clear to him that most others in his position had not historically done so.
Say you are correct what does the past have to do with hiring the best available in today's society.

Ummm. If I'm a coach... I want to win, and I'll be hiring the best person I can find. Deaf, mute, transgender, little person , green, blue inbred..

I think it's silly to think coaches would skip over a more qualified minority. Coaches want to win.

Not trying to be political, just discussing the hiring of coaches..

while i am decidedly not plussed about the thought of martinez coming back, im starting to think its just colored by the way the butch jones era ended. he's apparently been pretty effective at UCF:

Martinez was good for us too. When Butch decided that he and JJ needed to be gone that was the beginning of the end for Butch. This staff we have coming together is very short on SEC experience and I’d love for WM to help with that problem.

If you read his response to me and truly believe that is what he was saying then it is clear You may very well be part of the problem.

You can’t move forward when some of the same issues they occurred previously still occur today! Some ppl just would like to sweep the issues under the rug and turn a blind eye to it but until issues are addressed on both sides (black and white) then the issues will continue to occur!
There are fair and valid points on each side of the argument, but you don't achieve unity and equality by pushing division and bias.

There's a lot more to this argument than can or should be covered in this forum. My suggestion to everyone is to take a step back and try to see it from both sides. If you really want to argue it, take it tp the PF, which is where these conversations really belong.

I thought JJ had to go because of some off the field scandal?

Not posting for debate, just my thoughts and first hand experience on issues discussed.

I think (again, my thoughts and not saying I am right or wrong) those that try to indoctrinate the masses on the issue of racial issues are really the ones that need to do a double take (i.e., politicians and the media). Their self-righteous promotion of such issues serves one purpose, and one purpose only, to keep us all divided. I have friends of all walks of life because I have never judged anyone based on their race, sex, religion, etc., but rather how they treated me and others around them. A person's moral compass is the one true testiment to their character and is what we should all strive to exude, and also see in others.

I am not naive, does discrimination exists? Heck yeah! But it exists in many forms. The political types and media folks only choose one area of focus.

Again, just my views/opinion. ✌️

What ever happened to.... just telling people what gender your baby is going to be? Why do we feel the need to shoot a cannon to announce that we are having a girl.

Genders aren’t allowed to exist anymore. You can’t use the words so we’ve devised an elaborate code system to signify a gender. Usually it involves explosions for some reason.

If you got a good studio then I'd say you can "break out" on your own. The weird thing is the label Morgan's on is really nothing special, he's their biggest musician.

I mean I think the guy's a POS, but it's not from just the one video. He's apparently got a history of being a general jackass, especially when drunk (which happens often). Still I feel like it's kind of a weird thing for a label to do, considering how much music exist with that word itself being used.

Doja Cat just needed a MacBook. Master P sold tapes out the back of his trunk. Uhh.
