I don't know how good T.Martin is at his coaching job, but I think it is clear that minorities are underrepresented as coaches in the Football program as well as the entire University. Some diversity needs to happen, but not by hiring underperformers to achieve it. A specific effort needs to be undertaken to rectify this.
