Unfortunately it's #21 from when Cedric Houston played...when does A. Rogers graduate??? I hope Marlon Brown comes in and takes the #21 from Rogers

Obviously you are fashion challenged or color blind. Either way I will ask you to only campaign for orange pants with the white away jerseys and never see the all orange uniforms again. It's just tradition and good fashion sense.... :p

The article is about jerseys, not pants.

My second nomination would be for white road jerseys with orange pants on the road.

The game didn't go as UT wanted, but I thought the Vols' uniforms looked sweet against UCLA

Just wondering: How about Orange facemasks?

If we did the home jerseys for road games, it should be a statement, but we better follow through... Your house is now our house.....

I agree about the orange pants on the road definately but the orange facemask has been put on the helmet and looks pretty terrible...There is also a High School team not to far away that uses the orange facemask on the white helmet and I really do not like it

The orange shoulder jerseys would be allowed if we made it our "official" road jersey. That is my understanding.
We had to get a waiver because it was an "alternate" jersey.

There is too much orange on them to be an away jersey and not enough orange on them to be a home jersey.

They can wear fishnets, miniskirts and leather helmets as long as we win. But in all honesty, I personally like keeping with tradition.

Not going to happen and shouldn't. The home unis are classic and as good as there is in any level of football.

I like the all white look on the road, but don't really give a sh** what they do with those.

I remember that was discussed when Adidas got involved with cfb about ten years ago but it was determined that that would count as having a second logo on the unis.

Edit: I quoted the wrong poster. This was supposed to be a response to why Adidas doesn't put the "3 stripes" on the unis.

They did use Nike. I'm pretty sure that most of those 90's teams wore Nike. It wasn't until 99 or 00 I believe when they switched to Adidas.

Nope, Throughout the 90,s they used sports belle..And then Adidas...Excuse the typing mistakes as I am in Peru and these spanish keyboards give me fits lol

They wore Nike shoes and apparel until Adidas.

Hey Miami, any word on what Channing Crowder thinks about our road uniforms?

I love the orange pants and road white jerseys with big bold orange numbers with NO black outline similiar to the uni's that we worn in the '90 Cotten Bowl. The mesh style white jerseys that we worn in '94 blended the orange and white too much that it caused difficulties in telling the numbers and names of players. That is why we switched to the black outlined jerseys. And thank you for your support!
