If this is true, go f yourself for playing with our football program like it was your personal toy.

If this is true, BOYCOTT. If it isn't obvious by now, NOTHING else will get the morons in this administration's attention.

You wouldn't rather hope Elliott does well and White is AD for 10+ years? Odd perspective on things.

If it's true, then we have to live with it. It's not like my pockets are deep enough to have veto power but it's a departure from what Plowman and Boyd said about wanting an experienced head coach. We will see. I worry about guys who look good coaching a wealth of talent though. Can they do it with lesser talent? If he's the guy, we'll find out shortly whether he can or not.

Anyone notice his Co-OC Jeff Scott at Clemson took the South Florida job this year and looks like deer in the headlights without Dabo...I fear Elliott will suffer the same fate.

I hoped Derek Dooley would do well but knew the odds were against it, just as I hoped that Butch Jones would do well, knowing that the odds were against it. There seemed to be a little better chance with Pruitt, because he had actually succeeded one level below the position we hired him for, in the SEC...And then he failed miserably just like the other two.

How many coordinator hires pan out, as opposed to hires of proven coaches with success at high levels? You can be a sheep and enjoy the crap they're feeding you; if they hired Elliott, I'll be fishing on Saturdays next fall rather than watching the Vols.

Everyone melting down and blasting White already, just pay attention to my discussion with Nasavol. This isn’t true.

Now I’ll tell you guys what is true: Bob_Vols on 247 has established himself as a beast of an insider, he’s their version of DP. He’s called everything right in this whole process, even blasting a couple of their Mods/beat writers when their info was wrong.

He says a lot of candidates have to say no before we offer Elliot.

Sorry, think I’ll give the man who has a clue about this sort of business the benefit of doubt before I take seriously the rumbling and bitching of some dude sitting in his moms basement hammering away at his keyboard. Danny White probably has a better idea of who to hire as our next HC than you or the other crying kids.
