Pruitt was just a bad coach that did a bad job..What Plowman and Boyd have done is far more egregious.

I promise you this..if we had gone 7-3...none of this would have ever been known.

I bet you are fun at parties. Are you Joe Mayo from Seinfeld. I skipped that party. Couldn’t stand to look at David Puddy’s Fur Coat

Alabama and Auburn don't even try to hide it down there...everybody in the state knows what is happening at AU and UA. They weren't sloppy, they just didn't expect a Haslam hit squad waiting to take them out. They were stabbed in the back by people they should have been able to trust.

I disagree. They got sloppy, particularly Nieds. Maybe the Haslams have played a role, maybe not. I'm not a big Haslam fan myself, but I think they get overplayed as the boogeymen on VN. I disagree with the narrative you're creating absolving Pruitt of any blame.

Saw a report that Steele is asking permission to fill the assistant coach vacancies. Really. I thought I was seeing wrong. I guess we are going to get stuck with another of Fulmer's choices. The inmates are running the asylum.
Asking and getting permission are not the same thing. There are reports we are trying to hire a high profile HC.

I think he struck lucky with McCall. I’ve said it on here a few times, if we get Chadwell I hope he transfers with him. He is a baller. He can obviously recruit pieces here. But he will also be putting those pieces up against NFL players instead of East Carolina jabronies. I’m not saying it can’t work or he’d be a terrible hire. I guess I’m just a skeptic.
I agree McCall Is a straight baller! I think Salter could learn Chadwells offense, and be dangerous in it as well.. Also agree on level of competition, but it’s not as gimmicky as I imagined after watching and doing some research.. I just feel like he would have more passion than we’ve seen in a long time on the hill!

I thought that at first, but I’m not sure. If the whistleblower theory is true and the openness of it all is true...I think Pruitt was screwed either way
The "whistle blower" didn't go to the AA...those sonsabitches didn't ever have to know ****.

They would not have the fanbase cheering them on if we had a good season and a great incoming class this year.

The sloths in Zootopia have more passion than Gump

There are realistically probably 20 coaches that i think we could get that would be better than our last 3 coaches combined.

I know you get fleck errr flack for this... but I really wish we had just fired Pruitt in Novemeber and let Tee do what Steele is trying to accomplish. Why didn’t Randy and Donde ask me.

I have not absolved Pruitt...jeez man he sucked at coaching he deserved to fired. Listen to me..

How do we feel about Dave Clawson (Wake Forest) or Justin Wilcox (Cal)? They both have had stints here but have shown well at their schools. Jeff Brohm's (Purdue) star has fizzled a bit but he's still a great coach. He was in that same "rising stars" coaching class with Campbell (Iowa State) and PJ Fleck (Minnesota).

I think that those are five names that would be as good, if not better, than the guy they hired at Auburn.
