Do we really know how good he is ? Hasn’t developed a body of work yet to really know IMO.

I agree. All I’m saying is talk to him and go from there. See what he thinks the deficiencies are and what he thinks could fix them. Stuff like that....

He must be doing something right if he’s getting HC interviews, I don’t think they give those out to anybody

I’m not worried about Pruitt running his mouth. Career suicide. I mean there’s proof of his cheating so his career is on the edge already.

just his assistants which is still bad but does allow some wiggle room for him to coach again I think

Chadwell is national coach of the year. That’s high profile. Herman was the it coach 4 years ago, and did well at Texas. Kiffin has talked to our boosters, that’s not message board chatter. These are high profile names

Kiffin and Chadwell are a rung above Herman. Ole Tom has similar red flags in the ego department, always has to be the smartest person in the room. Texas is thrilled to be rid of his underachieving @ss.

If you stuck around as a leader on the Patriots D for as long as he did and they trust him enough to coach and call plays alongside Bills son, I think he has a good idea about a winning culture and defense.

Wrong. His contract is specific on that. Sections 3.2.2. (b)

I don’t think Herman has to try too hard to be the smartest person in the room. I believe he is a member of Mensa.
