I would hope that the NCAA has been consulted along the way to determine the actions needed to minimize the punishment. There are two ways to approach this NCAA stuff, lawyer up and give them the finger or capitulate. Lawyering up has been shown to be effective. We've typically taken the bend over method and paid dearly for it. Will it work this time? We'll see in the next few months.

Yes, the NCAA was in on last week's roundtables. I'm sure they provided input and that made UT feel comfortable making the moves.

Nice avi, BTW. Wish I had one like it.

I am “fighting” the clear enemy of This program today.

he’s a proven liar and he’s been apart of this group that caused this mess today. The damage this man has done to this program I love dearly is sickening to me.
Just like most everyone on here....

You know Jack Sh!t...

I think it would have be preferred to handle internally and make a move next year. This is about as bad of time as you can pick to make a coaching hire. We also aired out all of our dirty laundry for the world to see.

If true Mims family reported, there is absolutely no way to keep this internal. If we didn’t investigate and self report there would be no possible way to ask the NCAA to show us mercy.

Just like these dumb ideas like Chadwell coming as OC. Common sense

Most of the time I’d agree but we could triple Chadwells salary by making him the OC.

I don’t think it would happen but it’s not dumb to think a coach Jump at going from 500k to 1.5mil
