Looks like you can go in the Capitol when they're open. Only need to schedule if you want a tour
They let people walk in the damn place. There were very different experiences depending on which entrance you were at.Not when there is an emergency like this and the police have set up a clear line. That should be the dividing point. Anyone who went in at that point should be arrested at least for that. If they are seen on video or are reported to have engaged in destructive conduct, or conduct resulting in injury, then charge them with that as well.
As for firing, yes if they crossed the police line.
The story says she was never even inside the Capitol, merely at the rallyThis was the sub-headline:
The company says she acknowledged on social media that she "stormed the Capitol" yesterday.
No one who just peacefully attended the rally is facing any type of repercussion.
Now "storming the capitol" - that's legitimately a different story.
Yea. I guess tweeting out she "stormed the Capitol" was a big mistake. I also guess there is more to the story than just her side. She never went inside Luther.

I just don't see a company firing a productive employee over peacefully attending the Trump rally.
Side note: The song We're Not Going To Take It is a rallying cry? Not sure that helps their argument.
I believe admin leave is pretty much SOP in ANY officer involved shooting - from sea to shing sea.
