Speaking of Salter, can someone explain to me how the state of Texas is still playing their playoffs? Everyone else has been done for a at least a month.

Maybe every other team in the east is a game easier than the west but not our schedule bc we have bama ga fla every year

Auburn has Bama, UGA, LSU, A&M every year.

That's why I'm thinking our league schedule would be ~1 game easier.

Auburn has also played 4 straight top-15 OOC opponents: Oregon, Washington, Clemson, Clemson.

Our next 3 years are: Pitt, Pitt, BYU. Very winnable.

My main point was that he said that UT wouldn't score 10 points there was like 6 or 7 mins left in the game and they score 10 points in like 2 mins after he said it. Again, the score I missed by two but that wasn't really my focus it was how horrible the announcers were. Like Batman posted earlier about all they talked about was themselves and how wonderful Dykes was.

Maybe I misunderstood. The conversation I thought was about first of all that A&M the way they were turning the ball over, would not score enough to beat UT and they were talking about the poor shooting or inconsistent shooting and then I thought he said that UT wouldn't score 10 more points in the time left in the game. Again, maybe I just missed something or just missed understood them.

Gus could work. He's better than what UT has currently. But, his offense has to be modified for him to be successful in another SEC job.

I believe Fulmer and the Mays Bros are the most important UT relationship for Ty Simpson. I think they could really sell that ‘22 instate class on one of the NFL dudes.

I've said it plenty of times. The next hire I want an offensive guy and one that has experience in this league and has had success in this league. Kiffin is my first call. He'd have better resources here than at Ole Miss and we know he can put a great offense on the field. Give him plenty of money for great defensive staff and let's ride!!

Heinicke was really good in high school in GA. He had one of the biggest passing seasons in GHSA history, but no big offers. He played at the same high school as Sam Horn at Collins Hill.

If Chaney is kept, it won't matter.

Salter likely needs development too. Needs a lot of work on mid routes imo. Could see Hooker possibly starting next year though. He'd be intriguing in a lot of offenses of coaches we are talking about.

I'd take Kiffin back, but we both know he's not a legitimate option because of how he left the first time. That's just reality.

Freeze is not a legitimate option IMO because of the baggage he carries, and the fact we're in the midst of an investigation. If not for the investigation, maybe, but not with one ongoing.

I'd absolutely be okay with Napier, and would take him well before ever considering Gus.
