I predicted weeks ago here in VN that the next coach of TN will be Chadwell. I’m more convinced than ever that is our inevitable outcome.

That's fine . Get his butt in here to calm the kids down and start running the program.

I don't like Pruitt . The way they have handled this no way I would want to be here if I was him.

That leadership is so strong that we are having a mass exodus of players, coaches and fans. If that is strong leadership, I would really hate to see what weak leadership looks like.

That seems unrealistic but honestly it’s a move chadwell could make that would give him a big shot a huge job if his offense translated to big boy football.

Exactly. Chadwell could probably pull in equal or more $ making that move while padding his resume to get that big time head coaching gig.

Both Chadwell and Napier are in my top 5. Both have great offenses. Downside they both coach at a sunbelt school. But, UT lost to a sunbelt team last year.
The best we can get is Freeze, but the admin or BOT won't hire Freeze.

So you can report back to the University that your experiment failed. We are not buying into your false narrative. Pruitt is a failure and will be gone. Fulmer is definitely part of the problem and is en route to being ousted if he continues to tie himself to Pruitt.

he would not be the only one. there are many coaches making less than a million at schools that would come here for 2 million and try to fix it.. look at MAC, USA or Sun Belt.. lot of coaches willing to jump in..

Napier wants a support system in place before he will accept any job..... Tennessee does not and apparently will not do that here..... I don’t think we will hire freeze but even if we did..... I don’t know if he could stay here the way our support system is.

1. The time frame is drug out
2. Players bail
3. Reduced scholarships and self imposed bowl ban
4. Pruitt fired
5. Phil steps down
6. A lot of the Class asks for release from signing
7. We can’t attract any coach with these things in place.
8. Dooley like hire
