Dude just stop. It absolutely infuriates me people trying to put this on the fans. Don’t absolutely suck and look like the worst coached Tennessee team all time and kids won’t question their future. When you get blown out every week, kids will start questioning their coaching. Do you really believe that they think they are being put in the best position to make the nfl? That is their goals and when they start seeing the writing on the wall for a coach, they know they can stay and take a big risk or leave. It’s not the fans fault at all. They have every right to be upset with the product that has been put on the field.

This fanbase eats its own, and that’s a problem. Fans are irrational and should not be the key influence in decision making. Strong leadership overcomes this, and that’s what we have in Boyd, Plowman and Fulmer. Be prepared for Jeremy to be back next season.

1. The time frame is drug out
2. Players bail
3. Reduced scholarships and self imposed bowl ban
4. Pruitt fired
5. Phil steps down
6. A lot of the Class asks for release from signing
7. We can’t attract any coach with these things in place.

Freeze is the biggest name that I believe would actually come here, even if penalized by the NCAA. Heck, that might even be added structure and accountability to ensure he stays straight.

Freeze may come but I don’t think any coach wants more structure and accountability. It makes an extremely difficult job even harder.

So let's say he doubles up? 800,000 to live at the beach and not have to come to this dysfunctional sh*t we have going on here. Might be more thinking than you think. I’m not licensed in TN and have not read the contract either, but I think if you fire him based on record you’ve breached the contract. You can’t then go back and say it was because of the investigation.

That seems unrealistic but honestly it’s a move chadwell could make that would give him a big shot a huge job if his offense translated to big boy football.
