Here’s a prediction: Pruitt is fired for cause next week and the ugliness of the investigation hurts our standing in coaching circles.

Fulmer is still involved, but will be very vocal in his unhappiness given we fired his handpicked candidate. He will be part of a committee making the next hire - his opinion will be counted but only about 25% as strong as it was in 2017 when Davenport handed everything over to him.

We employ a search committee like usual who gives us a B-tier group of coaches. We’re turned down by one or two after we’ve interviewed them.

After a long search, much longer than we expected, we land on a candidate like Chadwell, Leipold, or Monken.

Fulmer stays on the job for another 6-12 months, then retires when he has enough distance from this to feel like the optics are right.

Leipold does have 6 National Championships as a head coach.

Here's a prediction... Sometime in the next week, or maybe two, the investigation will present their findings. Pruitt will be dismissed. Fulmer will retire with a thanks for all your help. Quickly, a new Ad will be named and I believe Freeze will be introduced as the new head coach.

I think they are talking with Freeze right now. I think they already have the AD lined up.

I know this will get pushback but it's the only real option left to them. You don't put a hiring freeze on your coach if you don't already have something on your mind.

For a successful program, UF sure goes through coaches like crazy.

Guys I don’t post too much but keep active. I spend a lot of my time on here as a fun just like many of you. I go to as many games as I can throughout the year to yell and support. I was there for the Oklahoma game (had a headache for 2 days) and many of 2010-2013 years. I love my VOLS and it’s player of now and future. I invest many hours as a fan all I can do. I always take up for my team but this is just too much. It’s too old and the admin doesn’t care why should I. My kids are growing up and my weekends used to revolve around VOLS football. I’ve turned many friends into vols fans cuz they see my excitement and love. I just can’t do it anymore. More important things out there. I hope it all turns around and they do what’s right for TENNESSEE VOLUNTEERS. I’ll see you guys when I see you
