So what is the usual interval between shaves for you retirees? I used to shave every day, now I'm on a 3 to 4 day unless I have to go out into public.

Every other for me. If I go three, it becomes harder to cut cleanly without the blade dragging. I guess a new blade would help, but I make them last for awhile.

I cant shave every day. Doesnt matter what I use, do or prep, if I shave ever day I get bad rashes. Got to let a day in between.

I used to shave every day too, even for awhile after I “retired” and started my own business. But for the past couple years I hardly see anyone outside of truck drivers or FedEx clerks and I don’t bother shaving for them. If I could grow a decent beard I would but I‘m shaving once or twice a week just for the halibut.

Word has come out that longtime Dodger manager Tommy Lasorda has passed away today .....

Another sad day in major league baseball....
My best two friends (brothers) I had growing up lost their mom today. She was like my second mom as I practically grew up in their house.... sad day

Sorry to hear that Carl. I had that happen to me a couple years back....It's sad that we grow old & have to leave this world w/family & friends behind.

What I liked most about Lasorda was when he appeared many times on Johnny Carson's show. He would tell funny stories about different things happening in baseball & things of life in general. Hearing his stories made me like him a lot more than I did ..... I was a big Braves fan in those days.
Back in the 90’s a friend of his lived down the street from a good friend of mine.... about 3-4 times a year he’d come visit. He’d walk through the neighborhood and stop and talk to almost everyone. I always thought a lot of him after that because I knew he had millions and the neighborhood was a “starter home” type of place.... and he was just a guy when he’d come through.
