Intelligence has to tell you that ignoring an officer and advancing toward an area full of Congessmen and Senators makes your intentions irrelevant whether they’re noble or bad. Nobody cares at that point.

You seem to take an objective perspective based on the video. Seems stretchy to equate his occupation of a space and her advancing on said space with advancing on him.

Admittedly I'm not following close enough to know her history, state of mind, armed/unarmed, level of threat, etc.

Just seemed odd to definitively assess her intentions.

As she is coming through the small door window, grab her by the collar and bring her to the ground, hold her with a pistol to the back of her neck until CP arrive to take her to jail. Problem solved. No one dies.

Ok, advancing toward him, his unholstered firearm and those he's protecting with that firearm thru a busted window to get around a barricaded door. All this being done without knowing the intent of this protesting mob behind her

And also do that to all the people who follow her thru? What happens when enough get in to remove the barricade and open the doors?

If you want to use that standard then Harris and numerous other Dem politicians are guilty of planning a lot of the BLM riots this summer.

I'm not sure if you even saw the right video.

The cop advanced on her.

And if you really want to get into this "don't know the intentions of the mob behind her, there was an entire tac team in that lobby with the protestors. Wouldn't it be safe to say they would have had a far better perspective on the intent of the crowd than some trigger happy cop?
