The programmed hatred and misinformation on right wing channels is generally on a whole different level from most mainstream media. I've seen msnbc go off the rails, like the lynch mob mentality in false reporting of Trayvon Martin's death. But emotionally charged misinformation is standard fare of so-called conservative media. If you cannot see and hear the difference, then you are a willing victim of it.

Just an observation about 3 people who wouldn't know the truth if it bit them in the a$$. We have one who thinks he got arrested trying to see Nelson Mandela, one who thinks she said she wanted "fweedom", and the other who thinks she was shot at getting off a plane in Kosovo or somewhere.

Well, when the USSR broke up, state assets were transferred to a small number of men who became extremely wealthy and powerful. Putin was running the KGB in Leningrad, where a local prosecutor was investigating corruption of some of the new oligarchs there, trying to prosecute them. Putin somehow offered protection and stopped the prosecutions. For doing that, he was recommended to Boris Yeltsin when he became President of Russia. When Yeltsin died, Putin was his hand picked successor. The new Russia developed into a state dominated by wealthy capitalist oligarchs under Putin's protective umbrella. Sure they had been communists when a person had to be a Party member to climb the ladder, but those days were over. The Bolshevik USSR no longer existed. What followed was an authoritarian government which repressed opposition while working with the nation's major business and industrial leaders. Russia is a textbook definition of fascism. Putin is now President for life and one of the richest men in the world.

What is your definition of Facism and is every nuance of natinonalism considerewd facism?
