I seriously doubt that she thought she would be murdered in cold blood. I'm glad to know you support the killing of our citizens for trespassing, or is it just Trump supporters that you want shot down? I guess the cop had no other means to stop a girl?

I don't know. I haven't listened to the audio (if there is any). If he warned her that he would shoot if she came through the window then I'd lean to no he shouldn't be charged. If he didn't warn her I wouldn't oppose charging him.

I truly don't see much issue with the shoot. She advanced toward security with their weapons drawn. She had to go thru a window that her friends had busted out because security had barricaded the doors. At some point you hold a person accountable for their life choices right?

The woman who was shot in the neck and killed inside the Capitol building on Wednesday afternoon has been identified as Ashli Babbitt, a 14-year veteran who served four tours with the U.S. Airforce.

The report added that Babbitt was a 14-year veteran who served four tours with the U.S. Airforce and was a high-level security officer throughout her time in service.

She put her faith in Donald Trump and Qanon, decided to participate in a violent coup while Congress was performing their Constitutional duty to certify an election. I imagine sensible people in her life told her over and over again how idiotic her views were. Instead of listening to sensible people, she continued to listen to Donald Trump and Qanon. She was a dumbass, and died like one.

I know you're a smart guy. This is a public building so castle laws do not apply here. She was not armed. She posed no imminent danger. It was murder.
