I have a carry permit. To use deadly force on someone they must meet this criteria, they have to have access, intent, and ability or it's murder. It would be very suspect on the first two, not on the last. The woman was unarmed, it was murder.

After viewing the complete video, there is only three logical conclusions.

1. Capital Police officer was directly ordered to fire upon anyone breaching the actual chamber side of that hallway and he did so as she appeared to climb into the window of the barricaded door.
2. He legit thought she and others were breaching the door and feared for his and the Congressmen/women's safety
3. He panicked and got scared and fired "too quickly" and really didnt mean to

No one knew she was unarmed or the mobs intent. She was trying to enter a protected space through a busted out window. If she didn't realize there would be fine she's an idiot.
