I hope everyone realizes how perfect this sh**show is for the ruling class--and how bad it is for the People. We are more divided than ever and this action today will hyper-accelerate the ongoing fissures in our society. The oligarchy has been given a free pass to consolidate power even more. Blue or Red in charge--it doesn’t matter.

These Trump-supporting idiots just gave a massive gift to the plutocracy.

Fox has someone on that was inside the capitol building when the lady got shot. According to him sounds like LEO was firing at another person who was being violent and she just happened to get hit.

You're right about Fox. They had a big hand in creating uncivil discourse on this country. They are though, incorporated as an entertainment organization rather than a news organization. It gave them the ability to report innuendo and falsehoods. There's a reason they've been aligned so closely with the NY Post

An eyewitness to the shooting of the woman said that she was absolutely not doing anything violent or confrontational, but there was one instigator causing trouble that was nearby. He said this guy had caused problems all day. The poor 14 year veteran lady was in the wrong place at the wrong time, but he said he couldn't believe that the policeman shot, period. The witness said that he has covered several riots in the past .

The only time I see Fox News is when liberals on this board post clips or tweets. I think upwards of 80% of their viewership is liberals.

Missouri ought to be ashamed of itself. Hawley is STILL making the objections. Well, he absolutely guaranteed two things. First, he will never even sniff the presidency. Second, Missouri is screwed on any budgeting issues for Biden's tenure. Lucky if they get 50 cents out of the federal budget.

Please God, let him run for President. The Dems will run video of him with the objections alongside the mob scene in the Capitol.

Even if this event did not happen today, the dems have all three chambers now. We will all still be subjected to the draconian legislation that is about to rammed up a particular orifice.

If anything, the incoming administration will use today's event in their favor to immediately push for gun/2A reform. They'll have everyone in their base scared 💩less to be against it..for their own safety.
