I'm not on VQ, so I don't know what he's ill about. Does he support Pruitt and is he giving certain fans a hard time?
I'm not on it, I just go off the stuff that gets posted here. I would say he probably has a relationship with the coaches and is tired of some of the questions that are posted and responses he gets when people don't like his answer

I think maybe the “fan negativity” is definitely relative to some of these reporters positions. I live in Ohio and outside of this site have not heard one thing about this situation. I follow everything Tennessee on Twitter, IG, snap, and FB, and I only have been aware to fan negativity in garnering it from this site. My point, this is no where as big a deal as any of the local 247 or related guys are making out. Fans are not the problem they are the consumer, make them happy, that’s how businesses work.

It’s funny that he’s taking time out of a press conference to let everyone know how not mad he is. LOSER

Clip is edited. Parts missing.
You didn’t hear the lead in question.
So it’s hard to actually judge what he is saying.

But the premise, I agree with 100%. You have to decide whose opinion matters. Make a list. It shouldn’t be a very long list.

He is wrong. 1) being positive all the time is unrealistic/psychotic 2) you shouldn’t pay attention to opinions of people that “don’t matter”
A lot of successful people put the work in and put the product out. Fans consume it. The best comedians in the world will not look up people's opinions of their work.

1. He didn’t say “be positive all the time”. You are inferring quite a bit into the clip.

2. There are legitimately people in life, who their opinion should not “matter”. It doesn’t mean they don’t matter. It doesn’t mean what they are saying is completely wrong. It does mean not everyone gets a voice in your life. As a matter of fact, I would bet there are people who have negative opinions of you. Do they get to have great influence in your life and your decision making? Does their opinion “matter”?

Just got off work and I’m 50 pages behind.
Listening to Swains podcast and he’s talking up Marrone and O’Brien. He also said we will know something this week or next.
Swain is hurting for things to talk about. Anyone with a unbiased view knows CJP will be coaching this fall.

Like you with Tom Herman?
I wouldn't revolt if we hired Hermehn, and I haven't ridiculously trashed him..I just don't think he would do much here..hence "Meh" and not "Blech" when discussing him. He is a much better prospect than Mehlzahn..that dude is really close to being a total blech for me...

It doesn't matter who I want though, we will get what we get...and I am pretty sure that whoever it ends up being, it will be pretty underwhelming when it happens.

It's just about people being negative

Lol if he doesn't win and win quickly at Auburn he is going to get his ass ate up.

He's not wrong, but he's making one of the classic blunders which is talking about it. People who talk **** about you more than anything want to see a reaction.

He thinks he is discouraging that sort of behavior. In reality he might as well be mailing all those Twitter warriors 100 dollars each. Gasoline on the fire.

He does not understand yet. He will understand in the SEC very quickly.
