Herman and matzahn have hefty buyouts so would they want our job or wait for a better opportunity.... Napier I bet would hold out for a better job unless we overpaid.... I think chadwell would probably take it.... if we are going to make a move and have someone good locked up.... I wish they would hurry up and do it so we can move forward.....

Don’t forget the UT job the last 15 years has been a great place for a HC to come work for 3-5 years making 3+ million/year and then get paid $10-15mil more to leave. I think the truth is the UT HC job is a dream come true and coaches are probably lining up for that payday.

I get it man. We have to be careful about holding people's past sins against them. People sin, they do dumb things, I have certainly done those things. And now, with social media, some people are blackballed forever for it. That stuff has to stop, especially if the thing he did wasn't intended to harm. I have no idea about this Pugh guy, but we have to be careful with that kind of thing.

Amen. Where I’m from you never do what he did. But I understand some places may be more accepting. He could have changed or just been an idiot. But if he asks for forgiveness for anything I believe he is forgiven.
