Its not about being lazy. An ******* for a leader can kill the passion of a good employee quickly. Its been stated over and over Pruitt treats his coaches like ****, they don't respect him.

Do you not think he ait down and put together a plan for Bailey.... they didn’t have for reps in game week due to bailey not being able to go in the preseason..... he added Sunday scrimmages mainly to get bailey ready..... the family seems happy with the plan.

The plan was that he didn't have one. Pruitt finally sat JG after it was too late, only to take Bailey out and give reps to a guy that was going to transfer. The QB handling under this staff has been insanely bad.

Agreed. If we end up firing this guy for “cause” it will not be pretty. I’m for firing him, but want it to be for on field results.

If they were going to fire him for on the field results it would have been:
1. At halftime of UK game
2. Immediately after Bama game
3. After the 1st quarter of Arkansas
4. Immediately after Auburn game
5. At halftime of the Florida game (for poor clock management)
6. At any point during the Vandy game
7. Or right after kickoff during the aTm game.

Working more hours doesn’t mean you’re going to be good clearly. We suck and our coaches are working long hours. It’s how the head coach is pushing his coaches to and not being a leader and inspiring them to be better coaches.

So many of you are so blinded by your hatred of Pruitt that you don’t even see the forest from the trees.

If it takes sanctions for him to leave, and we’re left with decommits and transfers from our best players etc, then the next coach will have another massive rebuild as well.

And guess what - THEY won’t beat Alabama, UGA, or UF either.

And in three years, you all will be wanting to oust them as well.

We’re going to be in a major rebuild next year anyways. Might as well start the three year clock rebuild over again now instead of waiting til next year to make it even longer.
