So many of you are so blinded by your hatred of Pruitt that you don’t even see the forest from the trees.
If it takes sanctions for him to leave, and we’re left with decommits and transfers from our best players etc, then the next coach will have another massive rebuild as well.
And guess what - THEY won’t beat Alabama, UGA, or UF either.
And in three years, you all will be wanting to oust them as well.
How many hours does Saban or Ryan day expect.....I hear all the time about coaches sleeping in offices..... I know if my unit/team sucked then you couldn’t pull me away till I figured it out.Sure most do but not all do. Those that work for good head coaches and leadership know how to have balance and don’t demand the type of workload that he expects.
That and they have no fun. You have to be light hearted and let your guard down at times. You can’t push and push and expects guys to look forward to coming into that day in and out.Yes and no. But having balance is important. Shorter days every once in a while. Allowing assistants to go home during the day. Taking time off in the off season. Being a hard ass 14 hours a day isn't going to have your assistants wanting to come in and pull those long days.
I dont care how his dad feels. All I am saying is he shouldnt air it out on twitter. Especially knowing that you are opening yourself up for negative comments and that is exactly whats happening. Do you air your feelings out on social media when it pertains to your kids?
Sure I bet bama and Ohio st assistants work there asses off but easy to do that and expect that win your winning all the time. How many hours does Saban or Ryan day expect.....I hear all the time about coaches sleeping in offices..... Funny... I picture him as a locker room for some reason. Weird, right? It’s him now. Everytime I read his posts, that’s who I see.
And for the record, I picture @Atlanta VOL as Fred Thompson. Lol. Yes the former senator...

Do you not think he ait down and put together a plan for Bailey.... they didn’t have for reps in game week due to bailey not being able to go in the preseason..... he added Sunday scrimmages mainly to get bailey ready..... the family seems happy with the plan.JG playing and HB watching and was not getting reps in practice according to posts on VN. You call that getting fair treatment?
Yep a bad leader can kill a good employees passion for their job easily. Saban gets away with it because he wins and a recommendation from him gets a better job. As far as Day goes ive never heard anyone say anything bad about him and he wins, easy to work hard for a guy like that. Pruitt has done neither, he doesn't win and doesn't have the reputation of Saban. So when they're losing guys are gonna come in like what's the point im host going to get screamed at and told to F off 100 times. That and they have no fun. You have to be light hearted and let your guard down at times. You can’t push and push and expects guys to look forward to coming into that day in and out.
Look at Kiffin at Ole Miss his players and coaches work hard but also have fun. That will go along way in trust with your team and staff.
You all make no d$mn sense..... work less while you are bad..... how the h&ll do you ever get good? We need to hire less lazy assistants..Sure I bet bama and Ohio st assistants work there asses off but easy to do that and expect that win your winning all the time.
Can’t have that expectation when you suck as a head coach and winning 3 games.
I said he should not be on social media crying. how is that saying how he should feel?Yea, but you added how he should actually feel. I’ve always thought family members would best be served to stay away from stuff like that. But no one should be surprised that a player’s father is taking up for the coach.
