It was fulmer. His plan to become Hc is working perfectly. A damn mastermind. That’s why he didn’t wanna fire Pruitt. If this investigation last till February they’ll needa rush a hire. Why not hire the national championship coach for a season
Coach Cut comes back as OC and develops Bailey into Peyton 2.0, Steele as DC, Tee as WR and HC in-waiting. Graham is retained, Marrone as Oline coach. It’s happening boys

You're right. We will have some players leave....so lets keep the coach that everyone loves but absolutely sucks. Wonderful idea.

Compared to the alternative I outlined then yes.

Pruitt got a bunch of underachieving castoffs to play above their heads in 19. I’d rather give him another normal year to see if he can turn it.

If he can’t, then replace him cleanly next year.

The way it sounds like this is going down, we’re sabotaging our future and we’re gonna end up with a reject coach like Steele, Malhzan or Marrone on top of it.

can confirm the infractions have now turned from being focused solely on some assistant coaches and improper benefits to the being focused on that and the role the head coach played in that as well as other violations the head coach may have been involved in. the wheels are indeed turning and the tone of the investigation has completely changed as well.
No one has talked about Brent's tone in last podcast. It was pretty obvious to me when he and AP went out of their way to talk about how Chancellor hasnt returned their calls, something was amiss. Fact that a seasoned AD hasnt said or given hint of backing his head coach. Ruminations of big donors on campus.

Dont want anyone to lose their job. But, cheat. And you may not have a choice.

We are a f'n pathetic joke. What coach worth half a **** would ever come to this toxic dump to ruin his career? Hell...lose a few games and people will ruin your career...what coach worth a damn would put up with disgusting crap like that?

This spineless slimy backstabbing traitorous **** thoroughly grosses me out. Whoever is responsible for the snitching should never be allowed near the school again.

This is not honorable or justifiable, and it embarrasses me worse than any loss in our history. This is the first time I have truly felt embarrassed to be a Vol. 😔

Please tell me that I am off base and this is not what has happened.

investigation won't be that bad if we get rid of the coach... that's some major proactive movement... we'll be okay... no less than FL...
Unless we hire a worse coach that will for sure run off the players that love this coach and will hate Tennessee fans and administration. Doing this wrong.

The kicker is if he survives he’s here til 24 regardless of results because they won’t fire him.

Thats what I was just coming to say. If Fulmer is behind this then he needs to be given the boot faster than ASAP. This is just petty
Wouldn’t be the first time he stabbed a HC in the back. Or the first time he snitched to the NCAA. Omg I want it to be true just for the ESPN 30/30. “How a HOF coach snuck his way into becoming AD and then somehow became HC again”

Don't get the idea that Pruitt leaving would cause decommits (everyone is already signed but a couple and not even sure they will all sign on NSD anyway) or hurt the 2022 class (a lame duck HC would hurt it...a 1st year HC bump would absolutely help it).

And as for a few transfers, no handful of guys is more important than a better HC. It's not even close, at all.

Brooks good as gone
