Not disagreeing with the latter point, but two or more commits and more recruits are a FACTOR. Telling yourself differently is lying to yourself...which should be reserved for women. Not a factor. Getting AG and DB does 0 for a program without an offensive or defensive identity. Pruitt needs to provide that or leave.

It’s not just “one player” it’s probably multiple. Don’t think for one second that To’oto’o stays if there’s a coaching change. Same could be said for Wanya who has half his HS teammates at Georgia Tech. Bailey could also follow Gilbert to whatever team he goes to if he feels like he could start there. Darnell could be out and headed to WVU. There’s a ton of guys that would probably leave if we fire Pruitt and go get someone that they don’t.
Oh no. What are we going to do if our 3-7 players transfer out of here? It’s not just “one player” it’s probably multiple. Don’t think for one second that To’oto’o stays if there’s a coaching change. It’s not a reason to hold the program hostage to a disaster of a head coach. So you don’t think it would hurt us if our beat defensive player, best QB and a very good OT were to transfer?
Clearly we have Alabama type of depth that we can lose guys and be fine right??![]()
