So at this point the only vacancies are DL and OL right?

Makes me sick to say this part but if Pruitt stays 🤢🤮, I hope Weinke is gone too. I don't trust new hires to be any better, since the last batch of new hires have all basically been downgrades except for maybe Jay. But if they are serious about overhauling the I say do it all the way.


I just hope we don't freaking hire Jim Turner...

Tee and Niedermeyer's contracts end in three weeks and there is no indication they are coming back.

The sooner we accept our place as a mediocre program with a mediocre administration, the better for all of us. This administration showed itself once they hired Derek Dooley and the coaches since then.

Perhaps Josh Pates segment will spark some more national media’s to do some snooping and report as well. That is the kind of press the admin don’t want out there, and will ultimately force their hand one way or the other?
Our luck will be they’ll stay the course.

Yeah, I was messing with it for a bit...not sure they've got the kinks out of it or "finished" it just yet. Plus ya gotta "hack" your PS3/Xbox to use it. Which personally I was weary of, I did get my copy exported to my PC to play it emulated...but the emulator requires a beastly PC, or rather an 8 core or better CPU. Which I don't have so it wasn't great gameplay.

The program is separate from the administration. This is a good program by virtue of its brand, historical success, and resources. However, it is run by incompetent, overly conservative people with no sense of urgency.

Solid, Nied seems best suited as RGC and Tee to me wasn't an upgrade over YAC. Haven't seen any WRs improve under him, but also who knows how good the WRs are when the poor OL/QB play and playcalling didn't really give us much to see in the passing game.

I HOPE the decision does not hinge on what the NFL does. Personally I don't believe Gase or Marrone are good fits for this program. NFL guys traditionally are not dedicated recruiters. Also, why anyone would consider Jim Turner is a joke.
