He’s a DT..... this is like saying Eric berry wasn’t a leader during his tenure at TennesseeOf that’s very easy
Successful leaders of organizations set a culture where the followers get in line and align themselves with what’s acceptable and away from what’s not
Now sure there’s always going to be a bad apple or two with groups this large but his message seems to suggesting widespread culture problems on a team he’s supposed to be bringing up to a certain standard. He’s failed them
if you don’t believe in this you don’t believe leadership is Anything more than just making plays and setting an example. Imo that’s a type of leadership but it takes a more alpha vocal leader to lead as I suggest.
That's not really accurate. He talked about Pruitt being the coach in spring practice next year during his bowl acceptance speech.
i don’t disagree at all that overall it’s more on the coaches than the leadership of the players but it’s a combo of them especially if that team has widespread issues like JJW seems to be saying. Those discipline issues he alludes to should be policed by playersThat’s not how that works. Y’all overhype “leadership” more than the legendary “it” factor. Bill O’Brien absolutely destroyed their roster and most of their future. That’s the leadership issue you should be blaming.
If you're talking Basilio, he actually has stated many times that he doesn't think anyone knows what's going to happen to Pruitt. Period. I can show you his quotes on that:Sorry I just find in hysterical that TB says people acting like they know what’s going to happen with Pruitt are full of it. That’s funny
Anybody that's trying to act like they know what's going to happen here is full of it.
There will be two ways it's basically announced IF Pruitt is back. Either an official statement of support (not likely) or a new hire to replace an assistant. If either of these occur, the fanbase needs to make the Schiano situation look like child's play in comparison. That is all.
Yeah the only thing he has said as a certain was that Pruitt coming back is not a forgone conclusion, and that there are a lot of money people that want Pruitt out. Both things that can be ascertained by reading the tea leaves.Everything I’ve read here has said he was saying Pruitt was gone
Perhaps that’s wrong
